We receive the form in real-time, and then it is forwarded to one of our accommodation specialists. After that, you will receive a confirmation email in which your credentials will be mentioned. Usually, you will receive a proposal through email or phone call to further discuss your requirements.

Serviced apartment is a residential apartment that is rented our for short or long term stays in a similar way to a hotel room. A serviced apartment is much spacious that a hotel room since it has a fully equipped kitchen or kitchenette, living room, access to laundry facilities and most importantly, is serviced. This means that the apartment will be cleaned and have linen and towel change at least once a week.
 

1 Individual Apartment
Individual apartments are operated by either a private landlord or a serviced apartment company.

2 Dedicated Apartment Building
These buildings contain only dedicated serviced apartments. Such apartment buildings generally have a reception or a concierge facility onsite.

3Aparthotels
This type of serviced apartments combines the qualities of apartments and hotels, providing a serviced apartment in a hotel type environment. Aparthotels often feature a 24hour receptions and facilities of a hotel such as a restaurant, bar, meeting rooms, conference facilities, gym and parking.

Yes, the minimum length of stay changes from property to property. We will always do our best to accommodate your enquiry but in some locations it is unlikely to find availability of under 4 nights. Our team will inform you of nightly restriction at the time of enquiry

Our apartments have lots of advantages over alternatives like hotel rooms. They are bigger, they offer better value for longer stays and they feel more like home. You can cook your own food, do your own laundry and live like you would at home, helping you to settle in and feel comfortable in a new city. Most of our apartments are also in residential areas, giving them a natural, everyday feel.

Check in procedures will vary from apartment to apartment and it would be stated on your booking confirmation. Most apartments have a reception desk, like a hotel, where you can pick up your keys, whilst others have a meet and greet service where a member of the management team would show around the apartments. Others may have a system of self check-in where you will be given an entry code to get into the building prior to arrival. Once you access the apartment, you will be able to use another code to access a mini safe, where you will find the keys to your apartment. Both these codes would be given to you prior to your arrival.

If you believe that you are likely to need to extend your accommodation period beyond the period originally booked and paid for, then you should notify us of this requirement as soon as possible. The more notice you give us, the more we will be able to help. Where possible, we will try to keep you in the same apartment. Otherwise, we will do our best to find you a similar apartment which is nearby.
 

If you are looking for an apartment for over 14 nights, we suggest that you fill out an enquiry form or give us a call as we will usually be able to offer a wider range of apartments, at better rates.

We can accommodate your luggage at some locations but there is a charge associated with the facility. Please check with your Concierge Manager for details about the same.
 

An early check-in is subject to availability, however it does need to be requested in advance. In order to guarantee an early check-in you may be requires to pay for the night before, but only is the apartment is available for you to do so. Properties that have a reception or concierge facility may hold luggage on your behalf while you wait for access to your apartment.
 

A late check-out is subject to availability and needs to be requested. You may be required to pay a late check out fee if the late check out is available. Properties that have a reception or concierge facility may hold luggage on your behalf after you've vacated your apartment.
